Why I Started Cozy Ripples
I spent years trying to meditate, but honestly, it felt like a lot of work. I wasn’t enjoying it, and I didn’t notice much benefit. Still, I kept looking into different approaches, hoping something would click.
Eventually I found a teacher, Forrest Knudson, who teaches Kriya Yoga. His way of explaining things really made sense to me — especially how meditation affects the brain and why certain techniques actually work. That’s when things started to click.
Since then, I’ve found a sense of calm that really helps me in my everyday life.
Cozy Ripples is my way of taking what I’ve learned and making it more accessible. Whether you already meditate or have never tried it, I want to share something that’s simple and genuinely helpful. It’s made a real difference in my life, and I believe it can make a difference in yours too.
